Lotto Club Rules
We have associated together to purchase and own SPS/MSPS Lottery Club tickets
We each have an undivided interest in the tickets purchased and own the ticket(s) as tenants in common;
SPS/MSPS Lottery Club manager is Jay Gross
The spreadsheet on Google GDrive is the official list of each drawing and each current participant. The $2 for PowerBall and $2 for MegaMillions MUST be paid to Pool Manager by the cutoff times listed below to be included in that current draw:
MegaMillions: $2 by Tuesday 4:00 pm for Tuesday night draws & 4:00 for Friday night draws.
Powerball: $2 by Wednesday 4:00 pm for Wednesday night draws & 4:00 Friday for Saturday night draws.
If someone misses a draw or draws and wants in, he/she is responsible to pay for previous draws and current to be in. Example: John misses two draws and wants in due to Jackpot rollover. John owes $4 dollars for the missed and $2 for current draw totaling $6
The ticket(s) which are the subject of this agreement consist of that day’s draw entries into the PowerBall or Mega Millions contest drawing to take place on said date.
We agree to accept the cash payout in the event of a Jackpot win.
No party (co-owner) to this agreement is under 18 years of age or otherwise prohibited by law from purchasing Lottery tickets or claiming a prize;
Pool Manager will take a picture of the tickets and post on website at jaygrossproductions.org
All tickets will be held by Pool Manager.
At any time SPS/MSPS Lottery Club Members may ask to see said tickets to be sure they were purchased.
We agree to designate Jay Gross, who is a party to this agreement, as the designated representative of all those who are parties (co-owners) to this agreement, and he/she is authorized to act on our behalf.
We recognize that the payment of Lottery prizes is pursuant to Michigan State Law and Lottery regulations. Should the Lottery tickets which are the subject of this agreement result in a prize(s) for which Lottery regulations permit direct payment, then a claim for direct payment shall be made. Where such regulations permit payment of the prize to only one natural person, then the designated representative shall claim and hold the prize for the benefit of all co-owners.
